A Letter from Our Founder
I founded Aurelia Homes after recognising a clear gap in the way private homes were being cared for.
Too often, households were expected to manage the very service intended to make everyday life easier—repeating preferences, following up on unfinished details, coordinating changes and hoping that standards would remain consistent from one visit to the next.
Conventional, task-led arrangements could address what needed to be done that day, but they rarely considered the home as a whole: how it should be presented, how the household prefers to live and what must happen consistently for everything to feel calm, ordered and beautifully cared for.
I believed there should be a more thoughtful approach—one founded on continuity, discretion, accountability and a genuine understanding of each home.
That belief became Aurelia Homes.
I personally oversee the standards that shape every Collection: how each Home Care Plan is developed, how individual preferences are recorded, how priorities are communicated and how consistency, presentation, discretion and final checks are maintained. These details form The Aurelia Standard™ and allow care to remain considered, even as the needs of a household change.
My ambition is for every Aurelia member to feel understood and quietly supported. I want you to return home and experience an immediate sense of ease—confident that the details have been considered, your preferences remembered and your home cared for with the respect it deserves.
